Woman in court for driving under the influence in her wheelchair. No, it's not a Texas, thank goodness, but I find this oddly humorous from my point of you considering what I'm like after a drink or two. Poor woman.

haha... actually, i'd think texas would be one of the last states to care about a dui in a wheelchair, actually. i know you can get a dui for riding a bike, a skooter, or even just walking! ~shrugs~ what are us po' folk who can't afford a cab supposed to do? ;)
