So, it's no surprise that the winner of the worst dressed at the Golden Globes is Lara Flynn Boyle. For a second I thought it was Bjork walking on stage, and I thought, what the hell is she doing??? But it wasn't B, it was L and I think she's been hanging around Jack Nicholson far too long.
It was sad to see Daniel Day Lewis lose to Jacko too. I loved Day's portrayal of Bill the Butcher. Then again I haven't seen About Schmidt so it's very possible Jacko deserved it.
The interesting thing about last night (besides the excruciating headache) was Richard Gere's speech. I was watching him and flipping to Oz (oh my God they killed Sahib!! not cool), and the funny thing was that I kept flipping back and forth between both channels and Gere still hadn't finished with his speech. Sorry I missed it.
I was so sure Eminem was going to win too, but I guess I was wrong. The fact that U2 won is cool though. One thing, why wasn't "Gollum's Song" from TTT nominated? It's a much better song than Madonna's "Die Another Day." I hope it gets nominated for the Oscars.
And that was my Golden Globes commentary. Not a biggie. Now I have to go and read DTPA and Copyright law for tomorrow while I listen to my just-converted-to-mp3 TTT soundtrack. It didn't convert the bonus track, and that bugs me.

I couldn't even figure out who the ballerina was, funny to find out it was LFB. Do you think that maybe she did it just for Jack? Like, "See... I can be funny and weird."
Richard was shocked, said he never won anything... and I loved how shocked Meryl Streep was too. Seemed like a lot of people were shocked that they won.
Has anyone even seen The Shield?

even jack was flabergasted at lfb's outfit, though i give her props for being bold! i'd have warn it! though, i think someone with a little more body (ahem... ass and hips) would have pulled it off better!

I thought the outfit wasn't too bad, but i agree it would've looked much better on someone that half the body to pull it off. maybe it she had it more in a corset style at top to look like she had breasts maybe it would've looked nicer?? hehe.
I like Jack, but i agree daniel deserved the globe more. Jack has been in better roles. To me it wasn't as compelling. Ugh my only disappointment was salema hayek didn't win. freida is such a big wonderful role from than let's say desperado ;)
you know i think i'm the only person alive that hates nicole kidman, i think she's so over rated. {i know i'm terrible}
p.s. everyone you love dies on oz, i've been watching it since it first started when it was on before spawn the animated seris. it's brutal! i just can't believe it's taken almost 2 years to get a new season and than at that it's the last one! boo hoo
